The European Summer Gathering of Leadership Circle Practitioners is happening the 5th time in the end of August 2026. The Summer Gathering is a self-organized event. All coaches and Learning and Development specialists certified to use the Leadership Circle ProfileTM are welcome.
The practice of transformative leadership development is a call to grow as a person and have a better impact in the world. Personal and professional development are two sides of the same coin. This understanding is the essence of the Universal Model of Leadership, which is expressed with the Leadership Circle Profile. It is also expressed in the purpose statement of Leadership Circle, a statement that is meaningful to many people coming to the gathering:


We exist to evolve the conscious practice of Leadership, to steward the planet, and awaken us all to our inherent unity.


Gather, Give, Grow
The Summer Gathering is a life event for and by the community of people coming together. for peer-to-peer learning, sharing, not for profit. It is not a conference based on keynote speakers, but rather a gathering where every practitioner can share something. All expertise is welcome.
The core of the gathering are workshops offered by the people attending. Many of the workshops are focused on our work within the Leadership Circle framework. Some share exercises they enjoy. Some try out new concepts, something they would like to test, get feedback on, and refine. A workshop can start with a question, it can be a conversation. The program is created by people learning and growing together.

  • The Gathering will happen from 25th of August 2026 to 28th of August 2026. The Gathering starts at 5 PM on Tuesday with the opening session in the plenary room. The Gathering will close at 3 PM on Friday.

  • The Summer Gathering is a peer-to-peer learning event. Participants are engaged or want to be engaged in transformative leadership development. We are all certified users of The Leadership Circle Profile. The 2026 location holds roughly 65 people. Registration is open to all, until the maximum number of people is met.

  • The Summer Gathering 2026 will place at the Eco Resort Mas Salagros near Barcelona.

    There will be an option to organize a shuttle to the airport or Placa de Catalunya in Barcelona at the end of the gathering. Estimated travel time from Mas Salagros to Barcelona airport is 1 hour - while Friday afternoon travel can come with unexpected surprises.

    You will receive an invite for a Signal-list to chat about travel options and share resources when your booking is completed.

  • Payment for the Summer Gathering will be 1.290 Euro per Person in total.

    Including:

    Attending the full gathering.

    Three nights lodging in standard room with a private bathroom.

    Breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks.

    Use of all facilities is included in the payment, except for the spa. There is a special rate for the spa available.

    By registering, you are booking your participation and accommodation directly. It is not necessary to contact the Resort.

    In case you want to share the room with a partner, please indicate so in the booking form. Booking a double room will not affect the cost, as the price is calculated per person.

  • The program is a co-creation by participants attending. The main body will be workshops offered by practitioners for practitioners. The design of the program will happen in the upcoming months and is planned to be shared with all participants before the gathering.

    In case you are thinking about offering a workshop please reach out to us.

  • After registration via this website you will receive an invoice. To complete the booking process you need to pay the full amount to our bank account. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know your registration is complete.

    Due to the limited capacity for this event it will be important to pay directly when receiving the invoice. If you do not receive an invoice attached to an email after your booking, please let us know.

    During the booking process, you will be asked to indicate the year when you became LC certified and whether you have any dietary restrictions.

    We expect to hit maximum capacity quickly and will set up a waiting list for this event. If you are booking for the waiting list, no payment will be required. We expect that there will be a chance to hop on the event some days before the event due to potential cancellations. In case you are on the waiting list and change your plans: please let us know.

  • When your registration is complete you will receive an email including a signal link for a Signal-List to chat. There will be a separate group to organize travel. Sign up for both lists right after receiving the link.

    The Summer Gathering is a co-created event. Feel free to post your questions in the Signal groups for other people may have the same question.

  • Please understand that we have an unusual cancellation fee for this unusual co-created event. The intention is to share the responsibility for this lovely gathering and to not place a financial burden on people organizing it. The booking of the full resort for the Summer Gathering requires an initial payment and at least 50 participants to allow the gathering to happen. We assume this will happen. But in case the minimum number of participants is not reached until end of February we may need to cancel the event. If we need to cancel we will pay back your fees but may keep 10% to cover the initial payment we needed to make.

    In case you want to cancel your booking there is no refund. In case someone joins from the waiting list we may find a good arrangement - but please understand that this can not be guaranteed.
